Studio Practice

Practice inhabits the field of product design and is formed around a wide skills base, with special interests in silversmithing, jewellery, engineering, and hand typography.  Making is integral to my design process with solutions arrived at through the making.  Much of my work is mechanical in nature and this has led to a wide variety of commissions including working with the design research department at the Royal College of Arts on a series of projects around movable structures.  Recent projects include commission for the manufacture of Design awards for Unilever and bespoke cabinets for an exhibition at the Sackler centre in the V&A museum in Kensington.
